Even Alfredo found himself having to add a Bahamian flair to this dish so he threw his chicken on the grill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><u>Alfredo Sauce<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ingredients:           \r\n            <div class=\"onp-locker-call\" style=\"display: none;\" data-lock-id=\"onpLock510339\">\r\n                <p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 Garlic cloves, minced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 Medium Onions, diced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 Cups White wine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5 boxes heavy cream<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 Cups Parmesan cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 quarts chicken stock<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 Carrots diced<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preparation: In a sauce pan over medium heat add chicken stock, heavy cream and white wine stirring for 5 minutes. Add garlic, onion and carrots cook for another 5 minutes stir. Last add cheese and simmer on low heat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><u>Grilled Chicken<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 Whole boneless chicken breast White pepper &amp; salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 Lime<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fresh Basil Leaf<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preparation: Season chicken with Marinade chicken in lime juice then sprinkle will white pepper, salt, garlic and fresh basil leaf. Sprinkle with olive oil and allow to sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Grill until cooked through. Cut chicken into strips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em><u>Penne &amp; Linguine Pasta<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preparation: Boil water, salt and 1 teaspoon butter.
