In a large skillet, heat oil and saut\u00e9 onions, zucchinis and mushrooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger and cornstarch; Add to other ingredients in skillet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cook over low heat until it comes to a boil and thickens, stirring frequently.
