Oil<br \/>\n1 lb. Okra, rinsed &amp; caps snipped<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Water<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. Limejuice<br \/>\n2 Garlic cloves, finely minced<\/p>\n<p>Few drops hot pepper sauce<br \/>\nPinch of salt &amp; pepper<br \/>\nPreparation:<\/p>\n<p>In frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add okra and saut\u00e9 for 3 min. Add salt and pepper. Add water, cover and simmer on low heat for 5 min., or until okra is tender. If needed, add more water. Pour onto serving plate. Mix remaining 1 tablespoon oil, limejuice, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
