The coconut adds character and a tropical flair that warms the heart on a cool Caribbean night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ingredients:           \r\n            <div class=\"onp-locker-call\" style=\"display: none;\" data-lock-id=\"onpLock804814\">\r\n                <p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 lb\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Veal, cut into small cubes<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Onion<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 cup\u00a0\u00a0 Flour<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 Tbsp\u00a0 Oil<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bay leaf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coconuts hard (plus water), grated<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 cup\u00a0\u00a0 Milk<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Egg yolks, beaten<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Salt &amp; Pepper to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Place veal and onion in cooking pot and add water to cover; bring to boil and simmer until tender. Drain and save stock. Blend flour and oil in cooking pot; add veal stock, bay leaf, coconut water, coconut &amp; seasoning. Bring to boil and cook 1 hour or until coconut is tender. More water may be added if needed; soup should be consistency of a cream soup.
