EXPECT THE TASTE BUDS TO DANCE THE JUNKANOO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ingredients:           \r\n            <div class=\"onp-locker-call\" style=\"display: none;\" data-lock-id=\"onpLock475069\">\r\n                <p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 Fish Fillets (Grouper, Snapper, Mahi-Mahi or Tuna Steaks) 1 tbsp Thyme leaves, dried<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 tbsp\u00a0 Italian Seasonings<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">lime\/lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hot pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Salt and black pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bd cup\u00a0 Olive Oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preparation:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Combine dry spices including salt and pepper. Season fish with lime juice and hot pepper. Coat fish with dry seasoning and sprinkle with olive oil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In a hot skillet of shallow oil fry fish on one side for 3-5 minutes. Turn and cook on other side for 3-5 minutes. Remove fish from heat onto a platter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Add 2 cups of water to frying pan and allow to reduce 3 minutes.
